This makes your child extra sad if they're going through a phase and aren't wearing their costume

This modifies the "Un-Bear-able Sadness" to be more intense. Specifically, its now "Sad +20".

I didn't think the original was noticeable enough.

This mod might conflict with anything that touches the following resouce:
