More Realistic Prom Royalty

This mod replaces the election of a Prom Royalty and a Prom Jester with the election of a Prom King and a Prom Queen, and adds more realistic criteria for being elected.
What's new
- Made two small text improvements: adjusted the punctuation in the winners announcement and the formatting of the “(From Winning Prom Court)” moodlet reason.
- Updated the mod metadata so PlumbBuddy can catalog the mod correctly.
- Added all game languages to the package file (English for all languages except French).
No gameplay changes. The previous version still works fine in-game.
