More Grown up Toddlers

This mod makes potty training realistic and more of a priority. The mod hides the use nappy self interaction on toddlers and makes potty training easy with a catch. Toddlers will not soil themselves under conditions now since it's not auto interaction unless their bladder need status is -75 at potty level 1 and 2 and -100 at level 3. If they do soil themselves their hygiene tanks to -100 since the mod feels like they don't wear nappies/diapers even though I can't for the life of me make them produce a puddle on the ground yet. Lastly if they do. The change nappy interaction is still greyed out since it doesn't add a point to the diaper load statistic.

I want Thank SrslySims for trying to help me with trying to get a puddle on the ground from toddlers soiling themselves but no luck yet.

This mod overides the Toddler use diaper interactions and diaper load status. Any other mod overriding this will conflict.
