Money Magnet adds a custom lot trait to Build Mode that pays your Sims 50 bonus simoleons every time they complete a meaningful interaction on the lot. It's a good way to make a specific lot feel more rewarding without going full money cheat mode.
To use it just go into Build Mode on any lot, open the Lot Traits panel next to the lot name, find Money Magnet in the list and add it, then head back into Live Mode. The bonus only applies while Sims are on the lot. Remove it the same way whenever you want to stop the effect. No settings, no configuration, just drop the package file into your Mods folder and it's ready to go.
Requires base game only. No dependencies.
