Modding Skill:
To unlock the skill, your Sim will first needs to "Try to Make a Massive Mod" on computer. Once the interaction is over, in addition to having started to develop the Modding skill, your Sim will also unlocks a new menu on your computer, called "Modding".
As your Sims increase the skill, they will unlock new interactions.
At lvl. 3 of the skill your Sims can also "Search Modding Tutorials". With a bit of luck, your Sims might even learn about the Modders Community during their research!

Community:
Basically, here your Sims will be able to interact with other Modders by chatting or asking for help when they have the modder's block. Once they reach lvl. 10 of the Modding skill, they can help newbie modders!
When Sims are embarrassed, sad, angry or stressed, the "Chat" interaction will become "Vent".
Social Media:
Only when your Sims are in the Modder career, they'll also be able to unlock the social media part.
The first interaction you will see is "Create a Simtreon Page". After you did that one, all Simtreon-related interactions will appear under the "Social Media" menu.

Work Events:
The career is active and takes place at home. Based on your Sim's career lvl., career events will change. Furthermore, from career level 5, your Sim may have to face the "Patch Day Terror"! (Good luck!)
