Malatang is a popular Chinese street food often described as a “mini hot pot.” Vegetables, meat, meatballs, tofu products, and other ingredients are cooked in a seasoned broth, then mixed with chili oil and additional seasonings to create its classic numbing, spicy, savory, and aromatic flavor.

The ingredients can be freely combined, allowing each bowl to be adjusted to personal preference. Players can add more vegetables, meat, tofu products, or other items to create a varied and filling meal. 🍲✨
