This spell allows spellcasters to increase or decrease luck.Fairies can do it,so why not spellcasters?
Level 3 untamed spell, has a tome, can be learned through usual ways(practising,dueling,asking the sages).
Once the spell is unlocked, spellcaster can increase their own luck.You can also increase or decrease other sims luck.
When cast while charged,spell is stronger and increase luck more.
Failure will decrease the spellcaster's luck.
Allows spellcasters to learn other sims careers,likes-dislikes,sexual orientation and traits.
