Here's a loading screen from one of my builds in one of my save games.

I loved this apartment so much that I wanted to share it with you through this loading screen ❤️

I have several available for download; you can download them all. Create a folder on your desktop or in "My Documents". Place all the files in it and switch between them in your game at any time.

The file will be placed directly in the mod folder, and it will work !
