For Fall and Spring, the Kelp Plant Changes Color.
During Winter This Plant Normally Goes Dormant.
If You Use Cheats or Mods to Make This Plant Not Be Dormant for the Winter, It Will Not Get Snow On It.
The Kelp can be found under Decorations-Plants.
When you eat the Kelp you will get a 2 hour buff.
