Interactive Placemats | Gameplay Mod

What this does this mod do?

With this mod sims will be able to purchase food directly from their placemat and have it spawn right in front of them.

Why use this mod?

• Great for when throwing large events where sims will be eating at once
• Do not like the call to meal interaction
• Do not want to use the banquet tables
• Want sims to stay in their seats and not get up to grab plate
• Do not want to have the 'pick up serving' interaction to set up everyone's plates
• Access to food only accessible through gameplay (ex. Experimental food from Dine Out)

How to Use it:

1. Seach for 'interactive placemat' in build and buy and set placemat on dining table or any surface sims can eat from. Placemat will automatically slot to available dining area

2. Click on the placemat in live mode and pick from three different categories to buy food: Main Course, Dessert, and Experimental (all dishes from experimental category require Dine Out)

3. Drag plate to slot onto dining surface. By default, the plate spawns slotted to placemat so you would just need to drag it onto table, etc.

   Download Files:

   There are several versions and files for you to pick and choose from. Below are explanations of each folder and what it contains

   1. [CHERISI]FunctionalPlacemat_CORE - This file is needed no matter which folders you select to keep. Without this file, the mod will not be functional.

   2. [CHERISI]InteractivePlacemats_CustomPlacemats - This file contains the custom placemats shown above for sims to be able to purchase food from

   3. [CHERISI]InteractivePlacemats_Parenthood Placemats - These placemats work exactly as the custom placemat except they are taken from the Parenthood Gamepack. This is not an override and the Parenthood Gamepack is not needed for these to work.
