Intro

This mod and its modules allow sims to interactive with previously decorative only objects to clean up and improve their homes outside of build/buy. Keep reading for more details!

There are two ways to download this mod so please read and make sure you do the method that's right for you. CurseForge: If you own all Sims 4 packs you can download the main mod and the merged modules from CurseForge. This will allow you to update with Sims 4 Mod Manager. Patreon: If you do not have all packs you should download from Patreon (free) and pick and choose the files you need based on which packs you have.

I'll say it again: if you do not have all packs please download from Patreon instead of from here!

Main Mod

Adds a few interactions related to burnt objects and restrictions for objects awaiting restoration.

Requirements

The XML Injector
The Object Restoration functionality requires Restoration Workshop Kit but the mod itself doesn't need that.

Conflicts

All modules conflict with Menaceman44's Vampires Wall Treatment Recats but my mod recategorizes the objects as well so you should not need that mod with it.

Known Issues

There are a few cases where different swatches of an object have different tuning. As a result you can't use the swatch tool on them as effectively. Nothing I can do about that if I want to maintain the functionality I've added.

Burnt Objects

Adds a cheat interaction to burn objects without the risk associated with an actual fire
Adds the missing ability to replace burnt range hoods

Object Restoration

Sets a minimum Handiness requirement for restoring the appliances from Restoration Workshop Kit because I thought it was stupid to not have that.

Regarding My Old Home Repair Mods

This is a reworked mod to replace all my Home Repair and have them all in one place. Please delete the old mods and addons and read the description and README for details and requirements.

Modules

Module 1: Damaged Walls & Floors

Adds the ability to asses and repair wall and floor damage objects, such as cracks and scratches, negative environmental score and them. Repairing them will delete the object. Moves the affected wall and floor objects to the Wall Sculptures build category and the Rugs category respectively if they weren't there already (with the exception of the Roof Sculptures objects that can also be placed on floors)

Module 2: Messy Walls & Floors

Adds the ability to asses and clean wall and floor stains, messes, graffiti, and kids drawings. Cleaning them will delete the object or change it to a clean swatch. Moves the affected floor objects to the Rugs category if they weren't there already. Wall objects are split between Wall Sculptures build category and Paintings based on whether they only can exist as messes/stains or might be used as actual art in some builds.

Module 3: Overgrown Plants

Adds the ability to inspect and remove plants that grow on walls and some related ones that grow along the ground. Removing them will delete the object. Moves the affected wall and floor objects to the Wall Sculptures build category and the Shrubs build category respectively if they weren't there already.

Module 4: Cobwebs & Spiderwebs

Adds the ability to inspect and remove webs. If the web has a spider it includes the risk of being bitten and a smaller risk of being poisoned if you have Jungle Adventure. Removing them will delete the object. Moves the affected wall and ceiling objects to the Wall Sculptures build category and the Ceiling Decorations category respectively if they weren't there already.
