Horse Competition Time Acceleration Fix

A small mod that fixes the slow time progression when your Sim enters a horse competition through the Community Board. Normally, time passes at the normal rate while your Sim is away competing, forcing you to wait for the rabbit hole to finish. As someone who plays very often with horses in the sims this always pissed me off. With this mod installed, if there are no other Sims on the active lot, time will automatically fast-forward, just like it does for other rabbit hole activities. This makes horse competitions much quicker and less tedious, especially for single-Sim households.
