Hide Utensil Preference

This mod makes all these interactions to be considered "cheats", thus, removing them from sim pie menu that appears when you click on a sim; they will only appear if you activate cheats and click on a sim while holding Shift.

Conflicts:

• Better Pie Menu from Andriz does not conflict with this mod, since they modify different recources.
• Any mods that modify specifically "changing untensil preferences" interactions (not the menu itself or 3D models) will conflict with this mod.
