Hide Utensil Preference

Hides "utensil preference" submenu from sim pie menu, moving it to cheats pie menu.
This mod makes all these interactions to be considered "cheats", thus, removing them from sim pie menu that appears when you click on a sim; they will only appear if you activate cheats and click on a sim while holding Shift.
Conflicts:
- Better Pie Menu from Andriz does not conflict with this mod, since they modify different recources.
- Any mods that modify specifically "changing untensil preferences" interactions (not the menu itself or 3D models) will conflict with this mod.
