I've always used mods that disable Dust Bunnies, but then I realized how fun it could be to have a shy child or an adult, who befriends (or argues with!) one of these little dust creatures.

Unfortunately, in The Sims 4, Dust Bunnies don't survive cleaning. The vacuum cleaner shows no mercy.

Our Sims deserve better than losing their strange little friends!

What does this mod do?

This is an override for both Friendly and Evil Dust Bunnies that allows you to drag them into a Sim's inventory while cleaning, keeping them safe from the vacuum cleaner.

You can move a Dust Bunny into a Sim's inventory either by clicking on it and selecting "Put in Inventory" or by using the Hand of God (drag and drop).

Don't forget to put your little friend back after you're done cleaning!

Conflicts

This mod will conflict with any other override that replaces the default Dust Bunny.

However, if you're using an override that changes only the Dust Bunny's appearance and would like to keep the ability to carry it in a Sim's inventory, feel free to contact me. I'll do my best to help make them compatible.
