Helaene Preferences Plus - Preference Bomb Revived

Lot 51 Core Library and updated Preferences Plus is required.

Important: To use this mod, you will need to update your version of Preferences Plus!

Mod Description:  The original is back! Sims in your game will have preferences intelligently applied (if they don't already have a like and/or dislike in that category). It shouldn't overwrite any existing preferences that are set.

There's LOADS of logic for this (actually contained in PrefPlus itself). For instance, it's as specific as Father Winter being quite likely to Like Cold Weather Clothing and Winter Holiday Music.

NO Expansion packs are required, but if you own them, the relevant preferences may be applied (i.e., Island Music, DJ Mixing, etc.).

There is one and only one version of the automatic preferences distribution.

How it Works

•  Preferences are automatically distributed! All you have to do is install the mod and enjoy!
• The automatic distribution of preferences is set to occur for all child and older Sims. Special NPC’s, Ghosts, Skeletons, and Servos will not receive preferences.
• Preference distribution is on a random delay to ensure smooth performance on as many different installations as possible. Preference distribution will occur somewhere within the first one or two hours (game time) after play starts. The preference distribution will run one time and one time only.
• Preference distribution can still be managed in CAS. That functionality is not impacted.
• The logic and implementation are otherwise identical to the original mod.

Debug Commands

There are three debug (shift-click) commands that may be of use to players.

Preferences Plus Preference Bomb Debug Menu

• Preference Distributor Status: Good – This is a command button that will only appear if you have the requirements (Lot 51 Core Library, and the updated version of Prefs Plus) installed. If you do not see this status indicator, the preferences distribution will not occur. This is an actor-only flag so selecting a target and launching the debug menu will never display this indicator. Selecting this option will otherwise have no effect.
• Purge Auto-Dist Flag Only – Has the preferences distribution run and, for whatever reason, you want to run it again? Selecting this option will NOT touch any existing preference but will reset the tracking to allow the preference distributor to run an additional time. This is an actor and a target command so you can use it on any Sim that you can select.
• Purge Preferences and Auto-Dist Flag – Want to start over? Selecting this option will wipe out all the existing preferences and allow the preference distributor to run again. This is an actor and a target command so you can use it on any Sim that you can select.
