Heart On Your Sleeve Trait Fix

This mod fixes the bug where Sims with the new Heart On Your Sleeve trait gain friendships at only 1/4 the normal speed.

Features:

• Sims with this Trait will gain friendship 25% faster when performing friendly interactions with like-minded Sims.
• Sims with this Trait will gain friendship 25% slower when performing friendly interactions with incompatible Sims.
• Sims with this Trait will gain friendship at the normal speed with any other Sim.
• All other interactions or buffs this Trait awards have not been modified and remain as-is.

• Self-Assured (EA)
• Good (New)
• Idealist (New)

Notes:

The increased/decreased gain occurs when the Heart on Your Sleeve Sim performs a targeted interaction; it does not trigger when the Sim is the target of an interaction, nor does it trigger during the basic chat superinteraction.  To make up for this, I increased the gain from 20% to 25%.

Double the Heart on Your Sleeve Sims means double the gain!   Two Sims that share this trait will gain mutual friendship at a 56% speed.

This trait was made available as a login reward during the Bridgerton masquerade ball event.  This mod does not include the trait itself; only a fix for the in-game trait.

Conflicts: Any other mod that modifies the Buff_Trait_HOS tuning.  This mod should be removed if EA releases an official fix for this bug.
