Gym Paparazzi Fix

Fixes an issue with a paparazzo always spawning at gym lots.

In a vanilla game, paparazzi will spawn at community lots when there's famous sims around.

An exception to this are gym lots, which always spawn a paparazzo due to an extra bit of code not present in any other venue type.

This mod fixes that issue, restoring regular functionality to gym lots.

Requires the Get Famous Expansion Pack!
