Replaces the dull gray texture between the basement and first floor

1.0.2 - Fixed the appearance of lines in wall-hanging objects such as wall-mounted TVs. Had to point to a different Normal Map and Specular Texture, as EA's original textures are used not only by the floor trim, but also by some buy objects. Sorry for the inconvenience!
