Fill Needs Spell

Requires Spellbook Injector

This spell allows the user to fill needs with magic.You can cast this spell on yourself, to a target sim or click on the ground and select beneemoodus populus to effect every sim on the lot.

If successfull, the needs will be increased and a buff will be given.Casting the spell while charged will increase the needs more.After cast once, you can cast the spell again but be careful because this spell will raise charge more than regular spells.

If fails, the caster's all needs will be decreased.
