Fewer Fires with Bad Luck

Luck doesn't affect everything, but it does affect cooking fires. This mod makes cooking fires happen less often with bad luck.

And yes, I know you can turn off the luck system, but I like it. I just don't think a Sim with level 10 cooking skill would cause a fire simply because they're having a bad luck day. Of course, it's still possible, it just happens less often with this mod.
