This is a new Sims 4 trait for any Sim that loves socializing and celebration. Base game compatible and available from ages teen and up.

Trait description

Festive Sims love celebrations and any special occasion. They thrive in high-paced, fun, social environments, but can become unhappy when their life is too uneventful.
