NPC Father Winter Career

An update only a few days after release? Not cool, but it's been a while since I made a playable NPC career, so forgive me for missing something important. I made his outfit changeable (my previous tests were with a Reaper and the Skeleton with an outfit override), so you can just do the "edit career mode" cheat and edit it like any career mode outfit after you get the job. The mod now comes in two flavors as outlines in the description. I also fixed some xml pointing to the butler career in the days off portion. Yeah it's been a while since I did one of these.
