Fame and Reputation in CAS

This mod adds "Fame" preferences category to the Sim Attributes preferences group. Picked traits will be assigned on the first load.

Hover over a trait to see its description. "Like" and "dislike" buttons might appear to be pressed simultaneously; it's a purely cosmetical issue and doesn't cause any actual errors in the game.

If you pick one of the fame or reputation levels, it might be assigned a bit after you load the lot. This is needed because unlike perks, the game assigns them a bit later than everything else, possibly even after the loading screen (which disappears only after ~10 in-game minutes, by the way), overriding whatever was set before.

• Additional note: setting reputation to "great" sometimes simply doesn't work for some inexplicable reason. Unfortunately, at the time of writing this I was not able to figure out the issue with it.

Requirements

• The Custom Preferences Mod by Zerbu (don't forget to update it if your version was downloaded prior to August 25th, 2026)

Translations

• The only string that needs a translation is a reminder that appears when you hover over this category. Everything else utilizes EA strings.
