Do you want to take cozy screenshots while there is still food on your Sims’ plates?
Yes — I do!

Do you want Sims to sip a glass of nectar for 15–20 Sim minutes instead of gulping it down?
Yes — I do!

That’s why I went through all existing food and drinks in the game and adjusted their Consumption Turns, so Sims eat and drink more slowly, making meals feel longer, cozier, and more realistic!

What this mod does

🔹 Increases consumption turns for food and drinks
Sims take more bites and sips instead of finishing meals almost instantly.

🔹 Works with both food and drinks
Perfect for long breakfasts, family dinners, and relaxed conversations at the table.

🔹 Pure tuning change
No new interactions, buffs, or UI changes.

This mod most likely will not affect custom recipes, as they usually use their own tuning.
However, if a custom recipe relies on EA food tuning, the consumption time will be affected.

Installation
Place the file into your Mods folder. I highly recommend placing it in the same folder as the SrslySims CookingOverhaul MAINMOD package.

Compatibility
This mod overrides consumption tuning for food and drink objects and may conflict with other mods that change the same values.
It does not conflict with food or dish retextures, as it does not modify meshes or textures.
