Egg-Blanketed Potstickers are pan-fried with beaten egg so the bottoms turn fragrant and crisp while a soft, tender egg “blanket” holds the dumplings together—egg aroma meets dumpling savor for a crisp-outside, tender-inside bite. Meiling Congee is a traditional specialty from Nanjing, with roots tracing back to the early 20th century, slowly simmered from rice, glutinous rice, soybeans, and Chinese yam. Light, comforting, and nourishing—an easy home-style choice for busy mornings.
