The first part can work independently, the second part only in combination with the first

If your delivery is not displayed:

Check if you have 1 delivery part installed
Do you have an XML injector installed (do not install it deep into folders, the game will not be able to see it)
Check the check mark in the game settings - that scripting mods are enabled
