Dan Huang Su is a classic Chinese baked pastry with a golden egg-washed crust topped with black sesame. This release includes two separate recipe packages: Pineapple Dan Huang Su and Red Bean Paste Dan Huang Su.

Pineapple Dan Huang Su is made with layers of flaky pastry wrapped around sweet pineapple filling and a rich salted egg yolk. The flaky crust, fruity filling, and savory yolk come together in every bite.
