What's new
- Recreated all 24 odd traits as individual files. You can now choose which traits you want in your game instead of having to install the entire collection.
- Translation notice: Existing translations may temporarily stop working until they are updated. I was able to preserve the IDs of the traits themselves, but not all of their associated resources. Sorry for the inconvenience!
- Fixed many balancing issues involving skill modifiers, relationship modifiers, career modifiers, and buff strength and duration. Vitality, Ethereal, and Demented received the most significant balancing changes.
- Fixed several buffs being stored incorrectly. This may have been responsible for an issue some players experienced where interactions would disappear from Sims.
- Fixed Anxious buff "Safety!" only occuring when outside, instead of only when inside like intended
- Fixed capitalization inconsistencies across several buffs.
- Removed old obsolete autonomy tuning
- Narrowed the relationship requirements for several broadcast buffs to activate. This will make them less overpowering, especially the Ethereal broadcaster.
- Made the Comfort Seeker "Too Much!" buff have a chance of occuring when away from a residential lot, instead of it being a 100% chance
- Fixed Daydreamer's "A Rich Inner World" buff so it now correctly increases the chance of producing higher-quality paintings and books while active.
- Chanced serveal buff descriptions for a better maxis match feel
- Made Sims with the Fresh trait also get angry when filthy, not just grungy
- Reduced the emotion weight of Hates Showering's "MAKE IT STOP!" buff from 10 to 3. This makes them less likely to die of anger when the buff is active.
- Moved Ethereal to the emotional category
- Made the "Lacking Risks" Foolish buff only appear when inside of a residential lot
- Fixed an issue where stray animals would randomly get assigned these traits
