29 April 2025: Added skill gain elegibility to actions like throwing trash away, which the game doesn't include on its list of interactions considered "cleaning".
7 March 2025: Turned the skill from a minor to a major one, now with 10 levels. Added a requirement of Lot 51's Core Library.
16 January 2025: Fixed functionality previously broken by game patches. Skill level loots updated.
