A Sims 4 script mod that keeps infants’, toddlers’, and children’s confirmed CAS hair, eyebrow, and eye choices unchanged during gameplay, loading screens, and game restarts.
Child Hair, Eye, and Eyebrow Color Lock is a Sims 4 script mod that helps infants, toddlers, and children keep the appearance choices confirmed in Create-a-Sim.
The mod protects:
- Hair styles and colors
- Natural eye colors
- Secondary and heterochromia eye colors
- Eyebrow styles and colors
- Intentional removal of eyebrows
- Face-paint eyes, including keeping unwanted face-paint eyes removed
Protected choices are restored if they are unexpectedly changed during gameplay, outfit changes, loading screens, appearance refreshes, game saving, or game restarts. Changes intentionally made and confirmed in CAS become the new protected choices.
The mod works across families and saves. It supports all skin tones and ethnic appearances, as well as safely available occult forms for infants, toddlers, and children.
Installation:
- Place the
.ts4scriptfile in the Sims 4 Mods folder, no more than one subfolder deep. - Enable Custom Content and Mods and Script Mods Allowed.
- Restart the game.
- Enter CAS from Live Mode, choose the intended hair, eyebrows, and eyes, confirm with the check mark, and save the game.
No additional mods or package files are required.
