this is a mods when child can have ghost power, so children can for exempel 

but children can now also do very many of ghost power, but you can need the sims 4 cheats code becasus unlock this power, write in this code 

stats.set_stat rankedstatistic_ghostpowers_ghostxp 20000

then you can see a messger with you ghost child, click on this and then you come to Ghost Mastery Skill Tree
