This mod aims to change some buffs that were just too weak and remove inconsistencies.
This mod aims to change some buffs that were just too weak. 10 years later and it's gotten worse with the countless and overpowered buffs from all the expansion packs, leaving personality, fears and other buffs with a weak weight of +1 VS the astonishing amount of happy buffs. I also changed some mood types to make them have a little bit more sense, and removed inconsistencies.
So, this mod does the following:

CHANGES MOOD TYPES AND WEIGHTS OF SOME BUFFS (FEARS, PERSONALITY, NEEDS ETC..).

MAKES SO THAT SOME TRAITS HAVE A PERMANENT NEGATIVE BUFFS UNTIL YOU SATISFY SAID NEED.

REMOVES INCONSISTENT BUFFS.
