A cloned interaction that allows you to soothe a sim with a sad moodlet.

This is an interaction that is emotion-specific and appears in specific circumstances. Now I made it available so that every time your sim is sad, a loved one can Soothe a sim with the animation shown below:
I love that animation... it's a pity a load of them are locked behind emotions, traits, careers, and so on.
The interaction will remove the target sim's sad moodlet.
