🥂 [BG] No Random Body Scars on Occult Sims + Surgery Scars Reworked 🔄1/28/25 🚀1/9/25

These standalone CAS Overrides prevents Body Scars from randomizing onto any sim in CAS and Live Mode, specifically Vampires and Spellcasters.

Special attention has been given to the Surgery Scars. There are THREE (3) - TWO (2) improperly flagged Top Surgery scars (one is hidden), and ONE (1) improperly categorized C-section scar.
