Changes the Scouting meet day to ONLY Saturday, plus increases the skill bonus of Scouting.

Sims should not be going to Scouts all the time!
This mod changes the Scouting Activity to Saturdays only, and pairs well with my Scout Master Aspiration Mods. Sims will also receive an increased skill bonus.
NOTE: This mod requires Seasons and Scumbumbo's XML Injector.
