This mod adds a secondary chance of cash prizes to the lotto!

No longer will you have to settle for seeing Mayor Whiskers or Vlad winning another million, with your Sim out of luck. Now, they will have a second chance at winning prizes!

NOTE: Requires Lot 51 Core Library and Seasons.
