Better Emotions for Cats and Dogs

Fixes (some) of the unfinished look of the emotions for cats and dogs
In the files, it's called "Excited" for dogs and "Hyper Pets" for cats.

Unsure whether or not this mood also applies to cats or not.
Happy
Pets will also occasionally become "Terrified" around rampaging werewolves. I'm not entirely sure why since they don't have an emotion for terrified, but it happens.
In the files, it's called "Drowsy" for cats and "Mopey for dogs.
Apparently only dogs can get this mood. Weird.
