As it turns out, despite the XML being exactly the same, Moonwood Mill's Bartenders seem to work entirely differently than every other one!  So my trick that worked for the other bartenders just doesn't work with them and causes an error in new games.  So I'm reverting to an older version of the package for the Werewolf pack.  Apologies for this; my testing just didn't cover entirely new games until I was testing an upcoming mod.
