With Auto Work Out, Sims who show signs of being overweight will autonomously work out using available fitness equipment, helping them take care of their bodies without requiring constant player intervention.

🧠 How It Works
When a Sim shows signs of being overweight, the mod allows them to autonomously choose fitness activities and work out using available equipment.
Once they finish working out, a cooldown prevents them from immediately starting another workout, helping keep their behavior more natural and balanced.
No need to constantly tell your Sims to hit the gym — they can now take the initiative themselves!
