🚧 Bugs

• The trait functions correctly but doesn't appear visually right away after the lot is loaded. It only becomes visible after either reloading the lot (e.g. traveling away and returning) or opening and closing Build/Buy mode a couple of times.

This seems to be more of a visibility issue rather than a bug, as the functionality is working as intended.
