Auto Power Generator – Sims Operate Power Generators Automatically

Let your Sims take better care of their power generators without requiring constant player supervision!

With this mod, Sims can autonomously refuel, repair, and upgrade power generators when the appropriate conditions are met.

Features

Sims will autonomously:

• Add Bio Fuel or Add Fuel when a power generator has completely run out of fuel.
• Choose the appropriate refueling interaction based on the materials currently available in their inventory.
• Repair a power generator when it breaks.
• Upgrade a power generator when they have the required Handiness skill and upgrade parts.

Sims will not add fuel unnecessarily. Autonomous refueling only becomes available when the generator is empty, and Sims must already have a suitable fuel source in their inventory.

For upgrades, Sims must meet the same skill and upgrade-part requirements as in the original game.

A Natural Companion to Auto Insect Farm

This mod works especially well alongside Auto Insect Farm.

Your Sims can autonomously care for their Insect Farms and collect biofuel, then use the biofuel in their inventory to refuel an empty power generator when needed. Together, the two mods create a more connected and self-sufficient off-the-grid routine.

Notes

This mod adds autonomous behavior to existing power-generator interactions. It does not remove the original requirements for fuel, repairs, skills, or upgrade parts.
