Ever had a visitor show up at your Sim's house... only to stand outside while everyone inside completely ignores them?
Auto Invite In makes Sims a little more socially aware by allowing them to autonomously use Invite In when visitors arrive.
✨ What This Mod Does
When a visitor is waiting outside, Sims can now autonomously Invite them In instead of relying on the player to do it manually.
The mod also takes your Sim's Social Need into account:
- Sims with a lower Social Need will be more likely to prioritize Invite In.
- This gives them an opportunity to interact with the visitor and naturally fulfill their need for social interaction.
- Sims who aren't currently in need of social interaction won't prioritize the action as strongly.
The goal is to make welcoming visitors feel like a natural part of Sims' autonomy rather than another small interaction the player always has to manage.
🏡 More Natural Visitors
With this mod, unexpected guests can actually become opportunities for your Sims to socialize.
Instead of:
Visitor arrives → stands outside → waits forever → player manually clicks Invite In
you may now see:
Visitor arrives → Sim needs Social → Sim invites them inside → socializing begins
A small autonomy improvement, but one that can make households feel a little more alive and independent.
📌 Notes
- The mod affects the autonomous Invite In interaction.
- Sims with low Social Need are more likely to prioritize inviting visitors inside.
- The mod does not force Sims to constantly invite visitors in; it simply makes the interaction more attractive to autonomy when appropriate.
