Tired of manually telling your Sims to upgrade their computers?
Auto Computer Upgrade allows Sims to automatically upgrade computers on their own, making household maintenance and progression feel more natural and autonomous.
With this mod installed, Sims can autonomously upgrade computers when they meet the necessary requirements.
Before attempting an upgrade, the Sim must have:
If these conditions are met and a computer has an available upgrade, your Sim may autonomously perform the upgrade without requiring you to manually queue the interaction.
To prevent Sims from upgrading computers that don't belong to them, autonomous upgrades are restricted to Sims currently on their own lot.
This means your Sims won't start spending their Upgrade Parts on computers while visiting another household or other lots.
Auto Computer Upgrade is part of my Auto Upgrade series, designed to let capable Sims gradually improve the objects around their home without constant player micromanagement.
Your Sims still need the appropriate skills and resources—the mod simply gives them the autonomy to use them.
