Requires Spellbook Injector.
Level 3 Untamed Spell, can be learned by dueling, practicing or from the magic tome.This spell has 3 options:
Water Leak
-Breaks all the plumbing in the lot except toilet.Also Creates puddles in the lot.(randomly and any floor)
-Failure will lower the sim needs.(-40)
Sewage Leak
-Breaks all the toilet in the lot.Also Creates several sewage puddles.
-Failure will lower the sim needs.(-40)
Pool Algae
-Creates Algae in the swimming Pool,Failure is same as above.
