You will learn how to tackle and be tackled with safety and control, while also building explosive strength, speed, and endurance. Rugby is a physical sport that pushes you to be brave, resilient, and strategic on every play. It will teach you the importance of discipline, communication, and sportsmanship, both during the game and in training.
