Flared skirt for all genders, with a bonus accessory skirt version.
28 swatches: 10 patterns, 5 neons, 5 brights, 5 neutrals, white, grey, and black.
Available as a skirt, and as an accessory skirt (in the brimmed hats section).
All levels of detail (LOD), within EA polygon limits, and performance friendly. Compatible with colour slider mods. Tested in-game. Disabled for random.

Known issues:
