This headpiece, a pretty circlet with a hanging pearl, and a shining plumbobdiamond, was something I converted twice - from Sims 2 because I found a pretty version of it the first, and later I found the original version in TSM. Now you can use 3 versions, actually: the S2 conversion, with hat slider, the TSM conversion as a hat (no slider) or as a nose piercing (found under earrings, not stopping you from use both circlet and earrings.)
The Sims 2 version was originally converted (TSM>TS2) by Hat Plays Sims. It has more color options, and hat slider controls. The texture is a bit more decorated.
The TSM version, as a hat with NO slider, or as a piercing/nosering. Check earrings to find it. Has a special thumbnail.
Matching earrings - with special thumbnail - for all ages.
Matching necklace - with special thumbnail - for all ages.
4 files - each items merged, kids and toddlers versions get textures from the adult version. Circlet available for all genders.
