tights

I will add a pair of slightly transparent tights in 16 easy-to-use colors.

I will add tights in black, gray, light gray, white, red, orange, yellow, light green, green, teal, light blue, blue, purple, pink, red-pink, and brown. I don't think this MOD is very enjoyable on its own, but please use it as an accent in CAS.;)
