Playground hair V2

I've finally made a new version of this hair, which I loved the idea of but thought needed some improvements 彡☆

Changes:

• New hairline
• Improved colors
• Improved shape
• Longer
• New mesh parts added

• Base-game compatible
• Compatible with hats
• Main file: 24 Maxis-match swatches
• Bonus file: 16 extra swatches
• The main file is needed for the bonus swatches to work
