This necklace came with an outfit released as part of the American Girl of Today line in 2001. It comes in the (retired) Milk Tea palette with a few other swatches.
*Like almost all necklaces in the game this one is not compatible with most sweaters and other bulky meshes. It will not work with the Petal Pink outfit itself (you can see in the image below the cut), but works with thinner tops.
